Turkey schnitzel in garlic sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 turkey schnitzels, 150 g each
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 400 g cream
  • Broth, granulated or herb salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Lightly pound the schnitzel, season with salt and pepper. Heat butter in a deep frying pan. Fry the schnitzel for 4-5 minutes on each side until light brown. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Add the garlic to the pan and sauté briefly. Pour in the cream, bring to a boil, and season with granulated stock. Add the meat to the sauce and let it simmer for a while. Sprinkle the schnitzel with parsley, if desired, and serve.
