Chinese Cabbage Salad with Turkey Skewers

The perfect chinese cabbage salad with turkey skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Turkey skewer:

  • 2 small Carrots
  • 1 Red pointed peppers
  • 3 small Australian pepper leaves
  • 3 small Similar to cress
  • Chives fresh
  • Salad dressing:
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 shot Vinegar
  • 1 shot Oil
  • 2 tsp Mustard sweet
  • 1 Splash Lime juice
  • 0,5 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 0,5 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 0,5 tsp Vegetable broth
  • Telly cherry pepper
  • 1 Turkey breast fillet
  • Poultry seasoning mix from my KB
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil

Topping:

  • Chipotle Tabasco
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Parsley
  1. Clean, peel, wash and cut the cabbage, bell peppers and carrots. Wash and chop the chives and pepper leaf.
  2. Make a salad dressing from the above ingredients and mix well with the vegetables, pepper leaf and chives!
  3. In the meantime, remove the sene from the turkey fillet and cut into wide strips. Put on skewers, wave-like! Like satay skewers. Spice up!
  4. Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the skewers for about 5 minutes on both sides! Let rest in aluminum foil for 2 minutes!
  5. Season the salad to taste again and spread it on plates with skewers. Sprinkle with Tabasco, Pul Biber and parsley! Serve!

Annotation:

  1. Pepper leaves are green, large leaves that taste similar to cress. Slightly spicy! 🙂 Once you have it in your garden, you will never get it out again! 😀
