Turkey schnitzel with Gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 250 ml chicken stock or broth
  • 2 cups of cream cheese, 200 g each, (16%, does not have to be double cream)
  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • 1 pack of chives (frozen or fresh)
  • 600 g turkey schnitzel
  • Fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the onion and sauté in a little fat until translucent. Deglaze with the stock and dissolve the cream cheese and Gorgonzola until creamy. Stir in the chives. Arrange the turkey cutlets in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for 30-40 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta and a fresh salad.
