Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken fillets
- salt and pepper
- 2 bunches of parsley
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 mozzarella
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Brown the chicken fillets, season with salt and pepper. Chop the parsley and mix with the crushed garlic cloves. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Slice the two mozzarella balls. Grease a dish and place the fillets in it. Spread half of the parsley mixture over the fillets, then top with the cheese and the remaining parsley mixture. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and bake for 15 minutes at 225°C (preheated) using top/bottom heat. Tip: Place cooked potatoes under the chicken fillets for a complete main course.
