Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- 200 g Parmesan, sliced
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 100 ml oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Crack the eggs into a deep dish. Mix with pepper and salt. Season the turkey cutlets with pepper and salt and dip them in the melted egg. Place them in a pan with hot oil. Sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese. Fry the bottom side over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Then place it in the oven and grill at 230°C for 10 minutes until the crust is nicely browned. This will keep the meat nice and juicy.
