Beetroot raw salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g beetroot
  • 1 apple, rosy-cheeked
  • 2 tbsp oil, neutral
  • 4 tsp coconut flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the beetroot and finely grate it with the apple using a grater or finely chop it. Mix in the oil and serve the salad on plates or in salad bowls. Sprinkle with the coconut flakes.
