Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 7 banana(s), overripe
  • 1 lemon(s), juice and pulp
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 bag(s) of gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp brown rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

for 2 medium glasses

Peel the bananas, puree them with the remaining ingredients except the rum, and bring to a boil. Boil gently for 2 minutes. Stir continuously, as it burns easily. Add the rum just before bottling.
