Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 steak(s) , (turkey steak)
- 2 small onions
- 3 tbsp mustard, hot
- some flour
- Fat, for frying
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Turkey steak in an onion-mustard coating
Finely dice the onions and sauté until translucent. Let them cool slightly, dust with flour, and add the mustard. Mix everything well. Season the turkey steak and spread the onion mixture on one side. Lightly coat the steak with the onion mixture and sear it first, then flip and cook slowly until cooked through.
