Turkey Steaks Wrapped in Parmesan
The perfect turkey steaks wrapped in parmesan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 small Turkey steaks
- 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon Pepper from the grinder
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tablespoon Grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoon Flour for flouring
- 30 g Clarified butter
- 1 small Quartered onion
- Rinse the meat with cold water, pat dry again and pat it flat between foil. Pour a few drops of lemon juice over it and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. Stick the eggs with the Parmesan. Now turn the turkey steaks in flour and knock off the excess flour again.
- Heat the clarified butter in a pan, pull the steaks through the egg mixture and immediately slide into the pan. Fry golden yellow to light golden brown on both sides over medium heat, while sizzling the quartered onion – it prevents too browning and also brings a good taste.
- I served the turkey steaks wrapped in Parmesan with rigatone and tomato sauce. It went really well together.
