Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 150 g soy sprouts
  • 400 g turkey breast
  • 200 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp coriander, ground
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar or diabetic sweetener
  • 200 ml chicken broth (instant)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into 3-4 cm long pieces. Halve the bell peppers, remove the seeds, wash them, and cut them into thin strips. Rinse the bean sprouts and let them drain. Rinse the meat, pat them dry, and cut them into thin strips about 3 cm long. Cook the spaghetti until tender. Brown the meat in batches in hot oil. Season each with coriander, salt, and pepper, remove from the pan, and keep warm. Sauté the spring onions and bell peppers in the frying fat. Add sugar or powdered sweetener. Pour in the stock and simmer for 3 minutes. Stir in the meat and sprouts. Season to taste with vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar or powdered sweetener, if desired. Cover and let stand for 2-3 minutes. Drain the spaghetti and serve.
