Turkey strips in a hearty cream and mustard sauce with rice

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g turkey schnitzel
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 250 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi

Instructions

Wash the turkey cutlets and cut into pieces. Peel and finely slice the onion. Slice the bell peppers and slice the spring onions into small rings. Brown the turkey pieces in oil, then add the onions and fry until translucent. Add the tomato paste and 250 ml water and bring to a boil. Then add the sour cream, bell peppers, spring onions, and 1 tablespoon of mustard. Season with Maggi, salt, and pepper. Simmer everything once more and serve. I recommend serving with rice. A quick, easy, and deliciously filling dish.
