Turkey strips in sherry sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g turkey meat
  • 3 onions, red
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g processed cheese with herbs
  • ½ bottle of Cremefine
  • 3 cl Sherry, medium dry
  • Maggi
  • some milk
  • Olive oil or rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the onions and slice into quarters. Shred the turkey and fry with the onions in a little oil. Season only when the meat is seared all over. When the onions are translucent and the meat has taken on some color, add the herb cheese spread and stir through. Add Cremefine and a little milk and simmer for about 3 minutes. Slowly stir in the sherry and bring back to a boil to evaporate the alcohol. Add milk to the desired consistency. Season to taste with Maggi. Serve with spaetzle and any vegetables.
