Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g turkey meat
- 3 onions
- butter
- 125 ml light beer
- 125 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 20 g almond(s), in flakes
- dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Fry the onion strips in a pan until translucent, then brown the meat strips. Deglaze with beer and cream and season with salt and pepper. Keep warm. Cut the cucumber into wedges and sauté the cucumber in butter until translucent. Season with salt. Toast the flaked almonds and sprinkle over the meat. Serve with potatoes or mashed potatoes.
