Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g turkey breast
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 300 g mushrooms, e.g. button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Broth powder
- optionally chives or parsley or spring onion(s) for garnishing

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Low-carb
Slice the onions and cut the turkey breast into short strips. Cut the mushrooms into thick slices. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan or saucepan and first sauté the onions until translucent. Then add the meat and fry until cooked through, but not dry or hard. Now add the mushrooms and fry them too. When they are lightly browned, add the cream and cream cheese and mix thoroughly. Season to taste with stock powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Since the stock is already salty, please add it carefully. Serve the strips and garnish with chives, parsley, or spring onions.
