Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g turkey breast
  • e.g. ginger, OR:
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 3 slices of pineapple
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 150 g sprouts (bean sprouts) fresh
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • little salt
  • pepper, black
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the turkey meat, dry it, and shred it evenly. Peel and finely dice the ginger. Mix it with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, salt, pepper, chili powder, and crushed garlic. Toss the meat in the mixture and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Peel the pineapple slices, cut out the hard center core, and dice the flesh not too finely. Heat the oil in a wide pan and fry the turkey meat briefly. Then stir in the pineapple pieces. Place the bean sprouts in a sieve and rinse under running water. Drain, add to the pan, and fry, stirring constantly. Season everything with soy sauce, spices, and a little salt. Finely chop the chives and sprinkle on top. This accompanies rice. Note: Asian cuisine is famous for quickly cooking all kinds of chopped ingredients together in a pan over high heat. This preserves the flavor of the ingredients.
