Turkey strips with white wine

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g turkey breast, cut into strips
  • 1 m.-large shallot(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • some flour
  • salt and pepper
  • herbs to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and easy

Finely chop the shallot and garlic and fry with a little oil in a large pan over medium heat until translucent. Add the turkey and sear over high heat. When the meat is lightly browned, deglaze with the wine and simmer for a few minutes. Then reduce the heat, stir in the cream and a little water. Simmer for about 5 minutes and season with salt, pepper, and herbs, if desired. Mix the flour with a little cold water and slowly add it to the boiling sauce. Allow to thicken and serve with pasta or hash browns.
