Spicy chicken breast with spinach

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 250 g leaf spinach (frozen), not creamed spinach
  • 4 shallots
  • 4 Pepper, red
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 g pasta (e.g. penne)
  • salt water
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • Soy sauce
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple and very tasty

Cook the noodles in salted water according to the package instructions. Thaw the spinach, squeeze out the excess water, and chop very coarsely. Peel and quarter the onions. Slice the peppers and dice the chicken breast. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the chicken breast cubes with the onions, garlic, and peppers. Season with curry, salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Add the sour cream and the drained noodles and serve. Also delicious without noodles, with fresh baguette on the side.
