Breaded redfish fillets

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 portions of redfish fillet(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp water, cold
  • 50 g flour
  • 100 g almonds, sliced
  • 50 g oil
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Rinse the redfish fillets under running water and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the egg with cold water and beat. Coat the redfish fillets in flour on both sides. Then dip them in the egg mixture and then coat them in the almonds (pressing firmly). Heat oil in a pan and fry the redfish fillets over medium heat until golden brown.
