Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g yogurt
  • 200 g pasta (spirals or cones)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • olive oil
  • 250 g minced beef
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 1 pinch(s) of Allspice, ground
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 4 g butter
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water. Wash the leek and slice into thin rings. Dice the peppers. Chop the parsley. Brown the minced meat in oil, then briefly sauté the leek, peppers, and parsley. Mix 1/2 cup of the pasta water with the paprika until smooth, pour over the meat, bring to a boil, and add the seasonings. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Fold in the pasta. Mix the yogurt with the garlic and salt. Melt the butter. Stir in 1 teaspoon of paprika and pour over the yogurt. Serve the yogurt with the pasta.
