Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta or equivalent amount of rice
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 500 g low-fat yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook pasta or rice in salted water. Drain after 10-20 minutes and rinse with cold water. Then return it to the pot. Add the tube of tomato paste and a teaspoon of salt. Mix everything well and pour over the yogurt. Continue mixing everything, and the side dish is ready. It’s quick and easy to prepare, but always something special.
