Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp chives
- salt and pepper
- 6 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tbsp flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Crack 6 eggs into a bowl, add 200 ml of milk, and mix well. Add parsley, chives, pepper, salt, and flour. Mix well. Place a pan on the stove with a little oil or butter. Fry the small omelets until golden brown on each side.
