- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Parsley, dried
- salt and pepper
- Cheese (Emmental)
- 125 g pasta (spaghetti)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Squeeze the lemon, chop or press the garlic, and mix with the olive oil and enough parsley to make a sauce that’s not too runny. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti. Pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with the desired amount of Emmental cheese.
