Turkish Sheep Cheese Dip

The perfect turkish sheep cheese dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

optionally additionally:

  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley
  • 0,5 bunch Coriander
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 pinch Sumac
  • 1 tsp Black cumin
  • 1 pinch Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried mint
  1. Process the sheep’s cheese and yogurt into a creamy mass in the food processor. Finely chop the herbs and stir into the cream with the squeezed garlic. Season with pepper. Do not add salt as the cheese is already quite salty!
  2. Mix in all or just some of the ingredients listed above as desired. You can also dice a skinned red pepper and stir in (or puree it with the cream).
