delicious accompaniment on bread with honey and jam
Heat all 3 ingredients in a saucepan. Stir constantly with a whisk to ensure nothing sticks to the bottom. You will notice that the consistency becomes creamier and creamier. This takes about 5 minutes. Then pour into a deep dish (e.g. soup bowl), place cling film over the mixture so that the film comes into contact with the cream and refrigerate, ideally overnight. When covering with the film, press down lightly with your hand so that everything is covered. The spread is ready to use the next morning. It is also ideal as a cream substitute for cakes or as a topping. If there is any leftover, put the film back on and store in the refrigerator. Consume within 3-5 days.
