Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 500 g quark
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g butter, soft
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C. Mix all ingredients for the batter thoroughly and pour into a prepared springform pan. Mix all ingredients for the topping thoroughly and pour onto the batter in the springform pan. Place the cake in the preheated oven and bake at 180°C for approximately 60 minutes.
