Tutti-Frutti Pudding

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 point biscuit(s), in winter e.g. speculatius
  • 500 g seasonal fruit, fresh or from a jar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cl rum
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare the pudding according to the instructions. Finally, stir in two egg yolks. Let cool. Wash and trim the fruit, depending on the type, and thaw or drain. Place in an ovenproof casserole dish and drizzle with rum (if children are eating with you, you can of course omit the rum). Layer a layer of biscuits on top. Spread the cooled pudding on top. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then pour on top and smooth the mixture. Grill until golden brown. Serve warm.
