Tuttifrutti Multivitamin Dessert

The perfect tuttifrutti multivitamin dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Jelly mass:

  • 100 ml Multivitamin juice
  • 0,5 piece Lemon (juice)
  • 50 ml Water
  • 3 leaf Gelatin
  • 1 tsp Powdered sugar or stevia
  • 2 tbsp Food starch

Topping:

  • 2 tbsp Tuttifrutti candied fruits (lemon peel, orange peel,
  • Cocktail cherries, melon, etc.)
  • 1 tbsp Spray cream

Multivitamin dessert:

  1. Dissolve the liquids with the gelatine and the powdered sugar or sweetener with gentle heat while stirring, remove from the stove and allow to thicken, finally add the starch and simmer together for about 2 minutes until it looks a bit translucent.

Servings:

  1. Place a few candied fruit cubes in 2 matching dessert bowls or glasses (bottom layer), pour in the hot mass and let it cool for about 10 minutes until the surface thickens and carefully add candied fruit on top.

keep cool:

  1. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
