Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g spelt
- 1 tbsp bread spice mix
- 400 g flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 350 ml water

Super quick, healthy and delicious, for 12 rolls
Grind the spelt in the Thermomix on the turbo setting for 23 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 1.5 minutes on the bread dough setting. Divide the dough into 12 portions using a spatula and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Garnish with cheese, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, black cumin seeds, sunflower seeds, or pumpkin seeds, as desired. Bake at approximately 220°C for approximately 20-25 minutes. If you have more time, you can let the rolls prove in the oven for another 5 minutes at 50°C. Tip: Place a roasting pan filled with hot water in the oven. This helps the rolls become nice and crispy.
