Pasta with Herb and Cheese Sauce

- 250 g Tagliatelle
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 1 bunch Parsely
- 1 bunch Chives
- 1 bunch Basil
- 1 bunch Thyme
- 1 bunch Oregano
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 400 g Processed cheese
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parmesan cheese
- Cook the pasta in salted water until aldente.
- Clean the spring onions, cut into rings and sauté in the butter, cut the herbs into small pieces, dust with the flour and pour on the vegetable stock, bring to the boil and simmer for a minute, season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the processed cheese, let it melt, stir and serve sprinkled with the ribbon noodles and Parmesan cheese.
