Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 200 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g hazelnuts
  • 100 g block chocolate, chopped
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter until fluffy, then add the flour, baking powder, hazelnuts, and milk. Finally, carefully fold in the chocolate chips and stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour the mixture into a bundt pan and bake at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for about 90 minutes.
