Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g quark
- 300 g natural yogurt
- 2 cucumbers
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch of dill
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Combine the quark and yogurt well and stir until smooth. Peel and halve the cucumbers, remove the seeds, and either coarsely grate or very finely dice. Crush the garlic and mix with the cucumbers. Season with salt and sprinkle with chopped dill. Let stand for at least 2 hours before serving.
