Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g quark (40%)
- 2 cups of natural yogurt (small cups)
- 3 cloves garlic
- some salt and pepper
- some vinegar
- some olive oil
- some lemon juice
- some dill
- 1 cucumber(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Recipe from a Greek friend
Peel and finely grate the cucumber. Add it to a bowl with all the other ingredients and mix everything together. It’s best to prepare it the day before and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. This tzatziki can also be eaten without cucumber, which is just as refreshing.
