Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 cups of low-fat curd cheese, 0.1%
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • n. B. Spice mix (Gyros)
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt, 1.5%
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

WW-suitable, low-fat

First, place the low-fat quark and 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt in a suitable bowl. Peel the cucumber first, then finely slice it into the mixture. Mix together and add the finely chopped onion. Then, either finely chop or press the two garlic cloves and add them. Mix again and then season with salt, pepper, and gyro seasoning. Squeeze half a lemon and add the juice to give the dish a fresh touch. Season to taste. The tzatziki should be prepared a day in advance so the garlic can infuse properly. If you prefer a firmer texture, you can omit the natural yogurt. It’s very low in fat and also suitable for those on a WW diet, with only 1.5 points per serving.
