Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1.2 kg potatoes, peeled
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs or sour cream
- 4 sausages (Mettwurst), sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- nutmeg
Instructions

Grate the potatoes into a fine sieve and press them over a bowl. Drain the resulting water, leaving the starch in the bowl. Combine all ingredients in this bowl and pour the mixture into a baking dish. Bake at 180°C for approximately 1.5 hours.
