spicy, delicious, for 5 burgers

I designed this burger for my boyfriend. For me (a vegetarian), I made this version with a vegan vegetable patty from the organic market. Preheat the oven. Wash the tomatoes, cucumber, and lettuce, then slice them. Tear off the lettuce leaves. Mix the mince with the mustard, eggs, chili flakes, jalapeño sauce, the juice of half a lemon, and paprika. Form the burgers from this. Add oil to a pan or grill the burgers. Place the cheese on the patty and let it melt. Cut open the buns and warm them in the oven. Turn the oven down to the lowest setting. Then remove the buns from the oven and spread generously with mayo. Add lettuce. Place the patty, cheese-side down, on the burger. Remove the pan from the heat and place the second slice of cheese on a spatula and let it melt. Place the second slice of cheese on the burger and spread mustard on it. Add a dollop of ketchup and some jalapeño sauce. Place two slices of cucumber and tomato. Top with plenty of jalapeños and onions, then place the other half of the bun on top.
