  • 300 g *Celebration – Gugelgupf
  • 60 g Butter, soft
  • 60 g Cream cheese, homemade
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • Sprinkles, colorful
  • 100 g Kuveture, white
  • 100 g Couverture, whole milk

Unsuccessful cake chocolates

  1. Crumble leftover cake from the Celebration Gugelhupf and place in a bowl. Add the soft butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix everything together. Then form small balls on it. Put in the refrigerator for an hour to set.
  2. Melt both types of couverture one after the other in a water bath. Then stir together like a marble. Roll the solid cake pralines in the chocolate and sprinkle with the colorful sprinkles. Let it solidify again.
