- 300 g *Celebration – Gugelgupf
- 60 g Butter, soft
- 60 g Cream cheese, homemade
- 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
- Sprinkles, colorful
- 100 g Kuveture, white
- 100 g Couverture, whole milk
Unsuccessful cake chocolates
- Crumble leftover cake from the Celebration Gugelhupf and place in a bowl. Add the soft butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix everything together. Then form small balls on it. Put in the refrigerator for an hour to set.
- Melt both types of couverture one after the other in a water bath. Then stir together like a marble. Roll the solid cake pralines in the chocolate and sprinkle with the colorful sprinkles. Let it solidify again.
