Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 5 eggs, whole
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp vanilla sugar, real bourbon
  • 250 g rum, 54%
  • 600 g cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 7 days; Total time approx. 7 days 20 minutes

Thermomix recipe

Combine all ingredients except the cream in the mixing bowl, cover with the measuring cup, and stir for 2 minutes at 70°C/speed 5. Add the cream and continue stirring for 7 minutes at 70°C/speed 5. Then pour into hot, rinsed bottles and seal immediately. Important: Do not fill the bottles to the brim, as the eggnog will thicken over time. Shake well before opening! Tip: Let it sit for a week, then it will taste truly delicious!
