Use Pineapple: Here’How

The remains of a pineapple can be used for a dessert, for example, it doesn’t have to end up in organic waste. The ingredients can be found in any supermarket. Together these make a delicious dessert that you can offer to your guests or family.

Pineapple utilized with these other ingredients

Your pineapple is easy to use in a dessert. Both a fresh pineapple and a canned pineapple go well with this. You will also need the following ingredients if you want to make a dessert:

• 200 ml cream
• pineapple leftovers
• 500 g cottage cheese
• 3 tbsp sugar
• Ladyfingers
• 100 g dark chocolate

How to use the pineapple in a dessert

First, mix the cottage cheese with the sugar. Then proceed as follows:

1. Whip the cream until stiff. Gently fold them into the quark.
2. Cut the ladyfingers and the pineapple into small cubes.
3. Chop or grate the chocolate into small pieces.
4. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of quark mixture on dessert plates or glasses. Put some ladyfingers on it. Add another 1 tbsp cottage cheese.
5. Put a few pieces of pineapple on top and sprinkle the chocolate over the dessert.
