Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 45 g sugar
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 4 apples
  • ⅛ liter of water
  • 15 g sugar
  • ½ stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp jam (cranberry)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the pudding mix with 45g of sugar and a little milk until smooth. Then, using the remaining milk, make a pudding according to the package instructions. Wash, peel, and core the apples. Make a stock from water, 15g of sugar, a cinnamon stick, and lemon juice, and simmer the apples until soft. Then divide the apples among 4 plates. Fill each plate with 1 tablespoon of cranberry jam, then pour the pudding in equal portions over the apples.
