Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tbsp, heaped almond flakes
- 2 tbsp, heaped raisins
- 150 g applesauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
warm dessert for cold days
Fry the almonds and raisins in a small, nonstick pan (without fat!) until the almonds are all nicely browned, but not yet blackened. Then add the applesauce and stir well to prevent the almonds from burning. Add the cinnamon and honey and let the mixture simmer slightly. Serve warm. Tastes great with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
