Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 80 g desiccated coconut
- 120 g apricot(s), dried, diced
- 50 g sugar
- 65 ml oil
- 200 g yogurt (vanilla flavor)

makes approx. 24 pieces
Sift the flour with the baking powder. Add the desiccated coconut and apricots. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, sugar, and oil well. Add the yogurt mixture to the flour. Spoon small portions onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper. The batter should make approximately 24 cookies. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for approximately 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
