Ingredients

  • 250 g Flour
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 packet Baking powder

Covering

  • 150 g Butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 150 g Almonds
  • 0,125 L Milk

Instructions
 

  • Put the flour, baking powder, sugar, cream, 4 eggs and the juice of one lemon in a mixing bowl in the order shown and stir for 2-4 minutes
  • Put the mixture on a baking sheet and prebake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees
  • In the meantime, melt the fat in a pan, add sugar and vanilla sugar and liquefy
  • Add the almonds and brown them lightly
  • Deglaze with the milk
  • Spread the mixture on the pre-baked cake and bake for another 10 minutes
