- 4 Eggs
- 1 Lemon
- 1 packet Baking powder
Covering
- 150 g Butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 150 g Almonds
- 0,125 L Milk
Instructions
- Put the flour, baking powder, sugar, cream, 4 eggs and the juice of one lemon in a mixing bowl in the order shown and stir for 2-4 minutes
- Put the mixture on a baking sheet and prebake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees
- In the meantime, melt the fat in a pan, add sugar and vanilla sugar and liquefy
- Add the almonds and brown them lightly
- Deglaze with the milk
- Spread the mixture on the pre-baked cake and bake for another 10 minutes
