Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 120 g butter, soft
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g honey
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 vanilla pod(s) (only the pulp)
  • 200 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 150 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine butter, eggs, honey, salt, and vanilla bean seeds. Combine flour and baking powder, then stir into the batter along with the milk. Bake in a waffle iron. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream, mascarpone cream, or vanilla sauce. Depending on the season, you can serve it with fresh strawberries or a frozen berry mixture (cooked down with a little red wine and sugar).
