Vanilla ice cream with pumpkin seed oil and fried banana slices

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 tbsp ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
  • 3 small bananas
  • some pumpkin seed oil
  • some butter
  • possibly cinnamon – sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and tasty

First, peel the bananas and halve them lengthwise. You can also quarter them if you like. Then, heat some butter in a pan and fry the banana slices until golden brown on both sides. Remove them from the pan and divide them among three dessert plates, then top each plate with 2 tablespoons of vanilla ice cream. Then, drizzle with a little pumpkin seed oil and, if you like, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar!
