You can buy a baking pan for Linzer tarts. Mix butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla sugar, then add flour and baking powder and make a dough. If the dough is still sticky, add a little more flour. Form a ball of dough and set aside for 1 hour. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 2-3 mm and cut out the cookies. First the bottom pieces and then the top pieces. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10-12 minutes, remove from the oven and let cool. Gently warm the jam, spread a little on the bottom of the cookie, and then place the top piece on top. Dust with powdered sugar OR warm the light glaze in a double boiler, pour it into a bowl, and spread it over the top of the cookie (let it set). Spread the warmed jam on the bottom piece and place the top piece on top.
