Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g margarine
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g chocolate drops
  • 100 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine all ingredients—except the chocolate chips—in a mixing bowl with a mixer. Stir about 3/4 of the chocolate chips into the batter. Pour batter into muffin cups or a muffin tin and scatter the remaining chocolate chips on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes. Remove from the tin and let cool on a wire rack. Makes approximately 12 muffins.
