Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g vegetable oil
- 450 g flour
- 50 g ground almonds
- 200 g sugar
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 g yogurt, soy
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Combine all ingredients with a dough hook, then knead once more by hand until the dough sticks together nicely. Shape the dough into 2 or 3 balls and refrigerate for half an hour. Shape the dough into croissants and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 12-15 minutes at 180°C.
