Vanilla Pudding with Cream Cheese

The perfect vanilla pudding with cream cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 ml Lactose-Free milk
  • 1 packet Cream cheese
  • 100 ml Water
  • 3 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 30 g Food starch
  • 70 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch Vanilla flavor
  1. I use everything lactose-free and gluten-free in this recipe (cornstarch = pure corn starch). First the cream cheese, milk and water are mixed together and brought to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. While you are eating, beat the egg yolks with the powdered sugar until creamy and then add the starch to the mixture. Vanilla extract into it. I always put a small shot in there and also add vanilla from the mill.
  3. Add everything together to the milk / cream cheese mixture and bring to the boil again. Stir constantly and don’t let it burn ;-). Pour into glasses or bowls and decorate with frozen berries, for example.
