- 1 Chocolate cake mix
- 5 Bananas
- 1 shot Brandy
- 1000 ml Vanilla icecream
- 200 ml Caramel sauce
- 5 Mint leaves
Instructions
- Bake the chocolate cake according to the instructions on the package insert. Peel the bananas and fry them lightly brown with butter - flambé with brandy. Serve the chocolate cake and the bananas with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. Decorate with caramel sauce and mint leaves.
