China Omelette with Mushroom Sauce

- 40 g Mu-Err mushrooms
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Spring onions fresh
- 50 g Bean sprouts fresh
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 3 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Edible oil tasteless
- 0,5 tsp Sugar
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 125 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Food starch
- Heat 1 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add half of the egg mixture to the pan and swirl to spread thinly. Fry for 1-2 minutes until the egg sets. Turn, then remove from the pan and fry another omelette.
- Heat the pan with the remaining oil, add the garlic, mushrooms and the remaining spring onions and bring to the boil. Stir the cornstarch with 1/2 tbsp water until smooth. Spread the china omelets with mushroom sauce on plates and serve. l
