China Omelette with Mushroom Sauce

The perfect china omelette with mushroom sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 40 g Mu-Err mushrooms
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Spring onions fresh
  • 50 g Bean sprouts fresh
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 3 tsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Edible oil tasteless
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 125 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Food starch
  1. Heat 1 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add half of the egg mixture to the pan and swirl to spread thinly. Fry for 1-2 minutes until the egg sets. Turn, then remove from the pan and fry another omelette.
  2. Heat the pan with the remaining oil, add the garlic, mushrooms and the remaining spring onions and bring to the boil. Stir the cornstarch with 1/2 tbsp water until smooth. Spread the china omelets with mushroom sauce on plates and serve. l
